Manipur: Man kills his younger brother, family fights over woman’s autopsy

27-year-old Thotrei Muivah allegedly shot dead his younger brother at a place in Ukhrul district Monday, the police said.

Ngamlei Muivah (18) from point blank range that hit him on his abdomen
following which he succumbed to his injuries.

The incident happened at New Cannan in Ukhrul district around 10:30 pm, the police said.

Though the body of the victim has been claimed by family members
after autopsy was conducted at JNIMS yesterday, the culprit is on the
run and yet to be arrested though a case has been registered against him
at Litan Police Station.
