Delhi woman cop rapes 10-year-old to save the teacher accused of sexually assaulting the girl

This was done to falsely frame the girl’s father of rape.

It’s a shame when those deployed to protect people turn into predators themselves. While we may have read reports of cops sexually assaulting women in the past, it still came as a shocker to many when a Delhi woman cop was accused of raping a 10-year-old girl.

According to a report published in The Indian Express, a special court on Monday directed Delhi Police to register an FIR against a woman investigation officer on alleged charges of sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl. The report further stated that there were ‘clear allegations of commission of penetrative sexual assault’ upon the victim with a view to create false evidence.

The girl in her complaint alleged that this was done to protect her school teacher, who she had accused of raping her, and instead implicate her father.

“Court documents detailing the case’s background show that police first slapped charges of sexual assault against the 35-year-old teacher for raping the girl, who is a student at a school run by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation in outer Delhi’s Aman Vihar, last August,” stated the report.

n her statement to the court, the girl said that her father had “not committed any wrong act.” And the police woman officer investigating her case sexually assaulted her to fabricate evidence.

In fact, if earlier reports are to be believed, the victim’s father was manhandled and beaten by the accused teacher when he had complained about the incident, last year. “They threatened to file a false rape case against me and frame me on charges of raping my daughter,” Huffington Post had quoted the victim’s father as saying.

As twisted as the case appears, Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Yadav in Mongolpuri, Delhi, charged the woman sub-inspector on charges of sexual assault and booked her under the POCSO Act.
