Husband pulled up after 2nd wife died mysteriously

Imphal, May 28 2017: A person identified as R.K.Modhusana (45) of Singjamei Wangma Kshetri Leikai, was pulled up by police team while he along with his first wife was trying to cremate his second wife who was reportedly found dead in suspicious manner yesterday midnight.

The deceased RK (Ongbi) Thounaojam Ningol Shanti Devi ( 40 yrs) is the 2nd wife of RK Modhusana, and have been staying separately in a rented house at Sagolband Khamnam Bazar Soyam Leirak in Imphal West.

Report said that RK Modhusana informed to the house owner of his rented house Hoyam Chandramani (55) about the death of his wife at around midnight yesterday.

Later, Modhusana also reportedly informed to the parents of his deceased wife who are presently staying at a Brick field at Patsoi.

Originally they held from mayang Imphal.

As per report, Modhusana informed both the house owner and the parents of his deceased wife that his wife hung herself to death.

Around 4.30 am today RK Modhusana along with his first wife took the deceased wife for cremating at a crematorium located near KR Land Field, Checkon.

Meanwhile, when police was informed about the matter, both Modhusana and his first wife were found preparing for cremation of the deceased 2nd wife.

The police team later pulled up both for further investigation.
