Gun culture spreading rapidly in Delhi

Police say personal differences triggered the violence. But both groups are claiming they were shot at first.”They had threatened us in the evening. We went to the D block. They came to the temple and parked their car in front of ours. When we came out, they abused us. They first fired five to six shots in the air, and then shot at us,” said Kunal Khari, victim.

”We were going and there was a blue Maruti Zen which tried to overtake us. The moment we got a chance, I put my car in front of theirs and went up to them. He fired at me and in reply I fired at him too,” said Shiv Kumar, another victim.
