GUWAHATI, MARCH 28, 2017– Triggering shock waves across the state, a girl escaped a broad daylight rape attempt in Bongaigaon by jumping off from a moving auto rickshaw.
The victim was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition after suffering serious injuries while escaping the rape attempt.
Kin of the victim has filed as case with the Bongaigaon Police in connection with the case. It may be mentioned, that two persons were involved in the heinous act.
